When is my order shipped? You will receive a tracking number.

All orders are processed within 72 hours M-F during business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) within the US only Standard Shipping via UPS/USPS/FedX after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another tracking notification when your order has shipped. 

If there is a concern or issue on our end with shipping; you will be notified immediately! Example: such as potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of your control.

If you accidentally submit the incorrect address and you were notified that your item has shipped, sorry it is out of our control. We will notify you immediately if any packages are sent back to us!

How do I calculate shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at check, if they apply.

Do you ship outside the United States? No, at this time we do not offer International Shipping, however we hope to expand in the near future.
